Driven by a passion for the fairways and a commitment to excellence, our mission is to promote, develop, and grow the game of golf in Papua New Guinea. We strive to create an inclusive and supportive environment for golf enthusiasts of all ages and skill levels, encouraging participation and sportsmanship.

PNG Handicapping

As of 1 January 2024 all clubs will be set-up to Golf Link Australia - this includes updates to local handicaps.
In 2024, Golf PNG will support all affiliated clubs to be resourced and upskilled to Golf Australia (GA) regional handicapping system.

Access to Golf Australia (GA) and Golf Link will be supported through Golf PNG however each club will be responsible for maintaining a members list and sharing with the Golf PNG.

To ensure clubs are compliant with upgrading to the new system please contact us for effective roll-over.

Deadline to subscribe is prior to 31 March 2024.

Rules & Regulations

Affiliated golf and country clubs by extension agree to Golf PNG regulatory policies including Golf PNG Code of Conduct.

This includes:
• Access to elite and junior development programs.
• Access to grants where possible.
• Access to PGA professional development
• Access to junior development programs.
